General Environmental Awareness

For any company implementing or operating an Environmental Management System, the standard requires that employees receive environmental awareness training for issues related to their job. This course provides delegates with a basic understanding of the environmental problems, how they relate to the business world, and how they are directly relevant to your workplace. Typical contents include environmental policies, legislation, objectives and environmental aspects and impacts, pollution and protection, etc. The programme can be adapted to the specific needs of the company and include work-based exercises and scenarios.

OBJECTIVE

This 2-day course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed effective implementation of an environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001.
